Tank level measuring

The prompt material supply of our customers as well as the qualified disposal of used acids are counted among the services of the Chemical Plant Wocklum.
We implement electronic level measuring in order to optimally achieve these goals.
Electronic leveling is based on the principle to supply the customer with durable and secure supply / disposal. For this purpose, we (as supplier of the product as well as the disposal service) shall assume the ordering system. The consequence of this is that unnecessary channels are exterminated and processing times are reduced. Besides a seamless supply chain, the delivery process as such is further simplified.

We supply and assemble the required components (measuring probe, data manager, and modem).

The procedure of the remote inquiry starts with the transmission of an output signal which is triggered by the measuring probe. The probe continuously measures the available quantity of liquid chemical in the tank.

The transmitted signal is recorded by the Data Manager and sent to the modem. The transmission of the required data takes place via telephone network.
After arrival of the stock information at Chemie Wocklum, the evaluation of stock processes during a previously defined period begins. Order processing commences directly afterwards.

The benefits of this measuring method: The remote inquiry allows our customers to surrender all supply risks entirely to us. Online tank monitoring is a further advantage that ensures shorter information paths - as order and shipment are virtually effected automatically. Constant stock control further allows for benefits such as immediate delivery and pickup. All preparations are usually made within one day.
