Contract Blending Service

Chemie Wocklum has been active in the area of job-order production/contract blending service for many years now. Based on your recipes, we produce solid/liquid, liquid/liquid as well as sold blends and fill these into the container sizes of your choice incl. specific labeling.

With our fleet of 25 vehicles, we would also be please to take care of the punctual delivery of your products to your customers.

Chemie Wocklum has an extensive product range, particularly in the anorganic sector, so that we can offer you a wide variety of raw materials with attractive pricing. We have a tank farm with a capacity of 3,500 tons and a solids storage with 1,500 tons.
In addition, Chemie Wocklum also has an authorized hazard storage with extended authorizations for the storage of 250 tons of "critical" products.

We perform your incoming goods inspections of all your raw materials, the entire manufacturing process is based on our quality standards and can be documented upon request.

We have six blending containers, with volumes of up to 20 m³, to perform the services that you need. In this process, we observe the respective material compatibilites (V4A stainless steel, PE, PP, GRP) and temperature developments.

In our laboratory and in collaboration with you, we furnish you with subsequent analyses as well as preliminary tests.
