The chemical plant Wocklum offers an extensive range of chemicals, disposal and consulting services for pretreatment lines in hot-dip galvanizing plants.
Originally, our activities involved the supply of hydrochloric acids to pickle steel. Thereupon, we took care of disposing of the used acids and have gone on to manage all qualities starting from mixed acids up to cleaned iron and zinc pickle, as well as rinsing water. Our business activities further extend to the shipment of acidic and alkaline degreasing agents, inhibitors, zinc chloride, aluminum chloride, filter tubes, up to their case-specific disposal.

Besides the supply and disposal of our entire product range, we find that offering our customers support through consulting is a further decisive activity. We provide short-term analyses of pre-treatment baths and offer recommendations in terms of their regulation.

With our own vehicle fleet, we can offer our galvanizing customers maximum supply and disposal security - in practice this means that we can perform larger bath changes on short call with multiple tank trucks and pump trucks. This is indispensable for undisturbed operations within hot-dip galvanizing plants.

It is important for the galvanizer that the entire team knows the connections involved in pickling control during pretreatment. Against this background, we also offer onsite training services for your staff and exemplify, from a disposer's perspective, how used pickle is disposed of and what needs to be taken into account to produce "quality waste".

This full service suite for hot-dip galvanizing plants is not only offered in Germany but in neighboring countries as well, due to the fact that the cross-border supply of chemicals consequentially also involves the cross-border disposal of waste.
